- 4 carrots
- 1/2 red cabbage
- 1 tbsp. caraway seeds
- 1 red onion
In a big dish, grate the carrots, cabbage and red onion with a processor or with a manual grater.
Add your homemade mayonnaise and the caraway seeds.
Leave to cool down in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
